Vive UK Social Care is a CQC registered domiciliary care agency specialising in the provision of support for individuals with learning disabilities, brain & head injuries and older people.

Our support plans are devised in a ‘person centred manner’ by a qualified person who listens closely to our clients and their families desires whilst offering advice and carrying out risk assessments where necessary.

Our specialist community support workers are trained to a high standard by an accredited training provider and we can tailor our training to meet the needs of our clients. Our support workers are all enhanced police, POVA and reference checked by us prior to employment starting.

We operate from an office based just outside of Leeds City Centre and we offer support to individuals living in the following areas:-

• Leeds
• Wakefield
• Dewsbury

And the surrounding towns and villages
